Solar park maintenance

Keep your solar park safe, insurable and productive. Choose a one-time maintenance visit or a full O&M contract with active monitoring, fast response and optional substation service.

01

One-time maintenance visit

A single, thorough visit for plants that need an immediate health check. We inspect modules, structures, cabling and enclosures; perform thermographic inspection of strings and connections; take electrical measurements including insulation resistance, string current and voltage; check inverters and protection devices; and hand over a written maintenance protocol with findings and recommendations.

02

Full O&M service

A complete operations and maintenance contract that covers scheduled inspections, cleaning coordination, fault response and continuous performance supervision. One fixed annual plan, one responsible partner and clear reporting — so small issues do not become expensive failures.

03

Active performance monitoring

We connect to the plant monitoring portal and track actual production against expected yield. Deviations — an offline string, inverter derating, gradual soiling or shading — are spotted in days, not months. Each alert includes a probable cause and a recommended action.

04

Fast response when it matters

When monitoring or the client reports a problem, we react with a clear procedure: remote diagnosis, on-site inspection if needed, and corrective work coordinated with the plant owner. Response times and escalation paths are agreed in the O&M contract.

05

Optional substation maintenance

For plants with their own transformer or switchgear, we offer substation inspection and maintenance carried out according to the applicable regulations. Scope, interval and documentation are aligned with the technical requirements of the equipment and the grid operator.

06

Maintenance according to IEC 62446-2:2020

Our maintenance scope is built on the IEC 62446-2:2020 standard for periodic photovoltaic system maintenance. It covers visual inspection of modules, structures, cabling and enclosures; thermographic inspection of strings and connections; electrical measurements such as insulation resistance, string current and voltage; inverter and protection device checks; and a documented protocol with findings and recommended actions. Following the standard means the same scope, the same intervals and comparable results on every visit.

07

Why documented maintenance matters

Every visit follows a fixed checklist, interval and reporting format. Findings become comparable year over year, insurers and lenders accept the documentation, and warranty claims are backed by evidence.

08

Reporting you can act on

Each visit ends with a protocol: findings ranked by severity, photographs, measurement values, and a prioritised list of recommended corrective actions. The report is ready to share with your team, investor, insurer or equipment manufacturer.
